Academicians' Views on Career Barriers and Academic Alienation

The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between academicians' career barriers and academic alienation. General screening model which used in research work working group Turkey are 203 state universities academics. In study, 19-item Career Barrier Scale was determine academics, Academic Alienation with 21 items level According results research, there a positive isolation. addition, isolation explained by great extent.
